Automation Engineer For Air Separation Unit

About the role
Design, program, and maintain control systems for cryogenic air separation into industrial gases. Manage automation and safety systems at the Air Separation Unit.
What you’ll do
• Build SCADA and HMI operator interface screens. • Configure industrial communication protocols and commission plant. • Program automated start-up, shut-down, and purification sequences. • Monitor and tune PID loops for critical process parameters. • Implement Emergency Shutdown Systems and participate in safety studies.
What you’ll bring
• Professional certifications in Functional Safety and Engineering preferred. • Degree in Automation, Electrical, or Process Engineering. • 6+ years experience in safety system design and process control. • Experience with DCS and PLC programming platforms. • Lead commissioning of greenfield and brownfield projects.
