About the role
Represent clients in removal proceedings before immigration courts, defending against removal and pursuing relief. Handle complex immigration litigation involving investors and employment-based cases.
What you’ll do
• Represent clients in removal proceedings and hearings. • Review documents to evaluate removability and case strategy. • Provide legal research and analysis on immigration issues. • Draft pleadings, motions, applications, and briefs. • Prepare clients and conduct testimony and legal arguments.
What you’ll bring
• J.D. degree from accredited U.S. law school. • Bar admission required. • Minimum 1 year experience in removal proceedings. • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and time management.
