Manage, optimize, and improve Atlassian Cloud ecosystem including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. Support business processes and operational goals through platform administration and customization.
What you’ll do
• Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. • Configure Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and notifications. • Design and optimize Jira Service Management portals and ITSM workflows. • Develop automations using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, and APIs. • Provide technical support and training to end users.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years administering Atlassian platforms in enterprise environments. • Expertise in Jira workflow design and Confluence administration. • Experience with Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, and Atlassian APIs. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
