About the role

What you’ll do
• Take inbound and make outbound patient calls. • Provide one call resolution and timely follow-up. • Take payments and provide requested documentation. • Verify insurance and update demographic information. • Review accounts for adjustments or refunds.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED required. • Strong customer service experience preferred. • Experience in A/R, billing, or insurance verification preferred. • Healthcare experience preferred. • Bilingual preferred.
