About the role
Develop and launch digital learning content to support onboarding and ongoing education for GTM roles. Use AI tools to create engaging, just-in-time learning assets that scale globally.
What you’ll do
• Develop and launch digital content across multiple learning modalities. • Use AI tools for drafting, scripting, and media creation. • Manage end-to-end content process and timeline. • Interview subject matter experts and synthesize concepts. • Analyze course feedback for ongoing improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 4-5 years in content development or instructional design. • Experience with Articulate 360 or similar tools. • Knowledge of enablement platforms like WorkRamp or Highspot. • Comfort designing in Canva or equivalent. • Demonstrated use of AI tools in content workflows.
