About the role
Develop and launch digital learning content across multiple modalities to support GTM enablement. Use AI tools to create engaging, just-in-time learning resources that enhance customer success and business growth.
What you’ll do
• Develop and launch digital content with speed and agility. • Build learning content across e-learning, video, job aids, and live support. • Manage end-to-end content process including LMS entry and launch. • Use AI tools for drafting, scripting, media creation, and quality checks. • Analyze course feedback to refine and enhance learning materials.
What you’ll bring
• 4-5 years in content development or instructional design. • Experience with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools. • Knowledge of enablement platforms like WorkRamp or Highspot. • Comfort designing in Canva or equivalent visual tools. • Demonstrated use of AI tools in content creation workflows.
