About the role
Serve as a trusted legal advisor supporting commercial transactions, employment, governance, privacy, and compliance across the Americas. Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel and navigate complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements including SaaS and technology contracts. • Advise on employment matters and support People team. • Develop scalable legal processes and leverage AI tools. • Support corporate governance, data privacy, and risk management. • Collaborate cross-functionally and lead special projects.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years legal experience in law firm or in-house. • Juris Doctor and active bar membership. • Experience with commercial contracts and employment law. • Fluency with AI platforms and legal technology. • Strong business judgment and negotiation skills.
