About the role
This attorney will manage commercial and federal contracting and support corporate legal matters including data privacy and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Own contract lifecycle management for commercial and federal agreements. • Partner with departments to close deals efficiently. • Maintain template agreements and negotiation processes. • Provide legal support on data privacy and employment law. • Support General Counsel on strategic legal priorities.
What you’ll bring
• JD from accredited U.S. law school and state bar membership. • 8+ years relevant experience, law firm and in-house preferred. • Strong commercial technology contracting background. • Ability to manage priorities independently. • Superior negotiation and communication skills.
