About the role
Support benefit strategy through financial analytics, reporting, and modeling. Partner with senior strategists on client deliverables and recommendations.

• Perform core financial analytics for benefit strategy and renewals. • Execute claims reporting and renewal projections. • Support Financial Strategists with complex analytics. • Facilitate renewal presentation meetings. • Conduct market research and funding analysis.
What you’ll bring
• Active Life & Health License or ability to obtain in 90 days. • Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ years relevant experience. • Foundational financial modeling skills. • Understanding of funding models and carrier dynamics.
