About the role
Join Reputation's Accounting team to support month-end close processes and improve financial operations. This role suits a motivated individual passionate about technology and finance in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes. • Perform general-ledger account reconciliations and reporting. • Assist automation and standardization of accounting procedures. • Collaborate on expense allocation and coding. • Support external financial audits with documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years corporate accounting experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. • Experience with ERP systems preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proactive and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
