About the role
The Assistant Manager supports the Hospitality Operations Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining daily operational standards. This hands-on role involves coordinating event preparations, supervising staff, and ensuring guest comfort during events.
What you’ll do
• Carry out daily opening, readiness and closing checks. • Review event briefs and prepare layouts and staffing. • Coordinate housekeeping, event staff and vendors. • Welcome guests and resolve routine requests. • Track inventory and complete post-event inspections.
What you’ll bring
• At least 1 year hospitality or event coordination experience. • Experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors. • Strong organisation and attention to detail. • Professional communication and sound judgement. • Availability for on-site, weekend and evening duties.
