Assistant Electrical Manager

About the role
Support the Electrical Manager to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of electrical systems. Coordinate maintenance, projects, and shift teams to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
What you’ll do
• Manage spare parts and consumables for E&I shops. • Coordinate maintenance and shutdown programs across plant sections. • Ensure safety rules and regulations compliance. • Prepare budget forecasts for electrical consumables. • Conduct root cause analysis on repeat failures.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. • Good knowledge of kiln and mill computer aided systems. • Minimum 6 years postgraduate experience. • Basic knowledge of automation. • Good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation in cement manufacturing.
