About the role
The Assistant Chief Security Officer supervises security personnel and ensures compliance with security procedures. They coordinate security operations and support loss prevention and emergency response.
What you’ll do
• Supervise security personnel and enforce procedures. • Liaise with law enforcement agencies. • Investigate theft, fraud, and security breaches. • Coordinate deployment and monitor performance. • Conduct security inspections and risk assessments.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in military, police, or security services preferred. • OND/HND/Bachelor's in Criminology or related field. • Strong knowledge of CCTV and access control. • Minimum 5 years security experience, 2 in supervisory role. • Experience in retail or large commercial security desirable.
