• Manage presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X. • Establish procedures for handling negative publicity. • Track campaign performance and public sentiment. • Coordinate with teams to address complaints. • Create engaging content and maintain brand messaging.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent spoken and written English. • Experience in brand management or social media. • Strong understanding of Nigerian consumers and culture. • Ability to manage sensitive complaints and crises. • Experience in food, beverage, or FMCG is an advantage.
