About the role
Manage procurement activities ensuring compliance with budgets, donor guidelines, and organizational policies. Coordinate procurement processes to support project implementation and logistics.
What you’ll do
• Plan and execute procurement activities per budgets and donor guidelines. • Prepare RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders with proper documentation. • Evaluate and maintain supplier database prioritizing local vendors. • Manage full procurement cycle including bid evaluation and contract preparation. • Coordinate with teams to forecast needs and avoid delays.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of procurement policies and donor rules. • Experience in supplier evaluation and contract management. • Ability to conduct market surveys and price negotiations. • Strong record keeping and reporting skills. • Capacity to identify and mitigate procurement risks.
