About the role
Manage waterfall modeling and investor reporting for solar asset portfolios. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Serve as expert on multi-tranche waterfall models. • Maintain and enhance waterfall models for distributions. • Prepare and deliver investor and lender reports. • Oversee data validation and audit-ready documentation. • Identify and implement automation opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 6–8 years in structured-finance modeling or asset management. • Advanced Excel skills including VBA. • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
