About the role
The Area Customer Manager drives customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and operational excellence for the Lending business in an assigned territory. The role manages distributors, field teams, and key customers to grow the BNPL business and ensure service quality.
What you’ll do
• Drive BNPL GMV, retention, and revenue growth. • Manage distributor and key account relationships. • Enforce credit policies and monitor collections. • Supervise and support field sales and recovery teams. • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. • 5–8 years in sales, customer management, or FMCG/fintech. • Experience managing distributors and field teams. • Strong credit management and collections knowledge. • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
