About the role
Manage billing, collections, accounts payable, and cash visibility for over 80 client accounts. Use AI tools to enhance finance operations and ensure timely payments.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and issue client invoices each cycle. • Reconcile hours and fees against contracts. • Manage collections and AR aging. • Run accounts payable and vendor payments. • Maintain and improve billing processes.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years in AR, AP, billing, or collections. • Experience with QuickBooks Online. • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel. • High accuracy and good judgment. • Fluent in written and spoken English.
