About the role
Support apprentices across Learning & Development and HR standards by delivering teaching, coaching, and assessment. Guide learners from induction through Gateway and EPA to successful completion.
What you’ll do
• Deliver engaging virtual teaching and coaching. • Assess knowledge, skills and behaviours. • Guide apprentices through learner journey and EPA preparation. • Maintain accurate records and conduct progress reviews. • Work with employers and quality assurance colleagues.
What you’ll bring
• Occupational experience in L&D and/or HR roles. • Experience delivering listed apprenticeship standards. • Teaching qualification Level 3 or above. • Level 3 assessor qualification. • Confidence using e-portfolios and virtual platforms.
