About the role
Provide technical application support and testing for software users and internal teams. Investigate, diagnose, test, and resolve software and application support issues within agreed SLAs.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and resolve escalated application support cases. • Analyse application errors and system behaviour using SQL and logs. • Reproduce issues in test environments and document findings. • Prepare and execute support testing activities. • Develop and maintain support procedures and knowledge base.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree in IT or related field. • Strong proficiency in SQL and data management. • Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues. • Experience with support tools and ticketing systems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
