About the role
Lead a strategic autonomy program with a major automotive OEM customer in Japan. Serve as the technical bridge between customer and engineering teams to drive milestone delivery and knowledge transfer.
What you’ll do
• Drive delivery of quarterly program milestones. • Plan and run onsite and remote customer meetings. • Lead knowledge transfer and training programs. • Align internal teams for milestone delivery. • Support autonomy demonstrations for customers.
What you’ll bring
• Professional proficiency in Japanese. • 3+ years leading customer-facing technical programs. • Strong systems thinking and technical foundation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Comfortable in ambiguous environments with tight timelines.
