About the role
Support implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise banking applications. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with objectives and standards.
What you’ll do
• Analyze and document business and functional requirements. • Configure and enhance enterprise banking applications. • Liaise between business users, vendors, and developers. • Support User Acceptance Testing and resolve defects. • Provide production support and root cause analysis.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years experience in application consulting or support. • Experience in banking or financial services. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Experience supporting UAT and production environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
