About the role
Oversee daily operations of a serviced apartment ensuring excellent guest experiences. Manage reservations, maintenance, and staff supervision.
What you’ll do
• Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. • Ensure apartments are clean and well-maintained. • Supervise housekeeping and support staff. • Handle guest complaints professionally. • Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
What you’ll bring
