About the role
Manage client communications to sign them up for trial lessons and support enrollment processes. Provide product information and resolve client concerns effectively.
What you’ll do
• Contact clients via phone and other channels for trial lesson sign-ups. • Provide product/service information and answer client questions. • Resolve client concerns effectively. • Ensure clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons. • Support clients throughout the enrollment process.
What you’ll bring
• Available full-time including weekends. • Have a Windows or Mac computer with stable internet. • Fluent in Polish or professional client communication skills. • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
