About the role
Lead the architecture and technical direction for Tala's data and analytics platforms. Build production systems and establish governance for trusted business metrics.
What you’ll do
• Define technical architecture for semantic layer and analytics platform. • Build data models, pipelines, services, and tooling. • Establish AI-native analytics standards and governance. • Lead cross-functional data initiatives and unblock teams. • Provide technical mentorship and improve data usability.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in data engineering or analytics platforms. • Strong data architecture and modeling skills. • Ability to write production code and build systems. • Experience leading technical initiatives without direct authority. • Knowledge of AI-powered analytics is a plus.
