About the role
This role connects the commercial organization with business and laboratory systems, transforming data into reports and forecasts. It supports system configuration, adoption, and acts as liaison between commercial, lab, business, and IT teams.
What you’ll do
• Provide sales analysis, pipeline analysis, and forecasting support. • Measure and communicate sales KPIs for individuals and teams. • Create and distribute commercial reports and dashboards. • Support Salesforce, LIMS, ELN, and other business applications. • Participate in user acceptance testing and system deployment.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or equivalent experience. • Experience in pharmaceutical, laboratory, testing, or commercial operations. • Familiarity with LIMS, Salesforce, or document workflow systems. • 2+ years experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
