About the role
As an Associate, you will own significant workstreams within client engagements and serve as the analytical leader on projects. You will develop strategic recommendations, lead client interactions, and shape deliverables.
What you’ll do
• Own workstreams within client engagements. • Develop hypotheses and strategic recommendations. • Lead client meetings and workshops. • Guide and mentor Analysts. • Support proposal writing and due diligence workstreams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree from top-tier university. • 3–5 years in consulting, banking, PE, audit, law or strategy. • Big 4 or strategy firm experience preferred. • Business level English and native Asian language. • Hypothesis-driven problem-solving and team leadership.
