What you’ll do
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, social media, calls, and video. • Stay updated on products, launches, and promotions. • Resolve customer issues with orders, payments, and assembly. • Perform proactive follow-up with customers. • Collaborate with operations to manage special orders.
What you’ll bring
• At least one year of customer service experience. • Comfortable with innovative technologies including AI tools. • Bilingual in English and French. • Available 8am-midnight EST, 7 days a week. • Priority for evening and weekend availability.
