About the role
Manage and develop commercial partnerships with airlines to connect student pilots with employment opportunities. Negotiate agreements and maintain strong relationships with airline partners.
What you’ll do
• Develop new commercial partnerships with airlines. • Negotiate partnership agreements. • Maintain and grow relationships with partner airlines. • Act as primary contact for partner airlines. • Monitor recruitment needs and training strategies.
What you’ll bring
• Proven B2B business development experience. • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of air transport or pilot training is a plus. • Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset. • Fluent English and availability for travel.
