About the role
Develop, evaluate, and deploy AI capabilities for engineering and business needs. Collaborate with teams to build AI systems and tools that improve internal operations.
What you’ll do
• Build AI systems addressing engineering and business problems. • Develop evaluations, benchmarks, and datasets for model performance. • Create reproducible environments for training and evaluating agents. • Integrate models with engineering tools and internal services. • Maintain deployed systems through testing and monitoring.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years AI/ML professional experience. • 1+ years Python programming and Linux debugging. • 1+ years experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch. • Experience building or evaluating AI/ML systems. • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.
