About the role
Support and scale AI platforms citywide by designing readiness models, monitoring, compliance standards, and cost models. Collaborate with cybersecurity and vendors to ensure secure, efficient AI platform deployment and operations.
What you’ll do
• Design access provisioning and license management models. • Build usage and service-health monitoring processes. • Develop platform configuration compliance standards. • Serve as technical contact with AI platform vendors. • Run pilots and document transition framework.
What you’ll bring
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field. • One year experience with system or platform support. • Familiarity with generative AI platforms and enterprise admin consoles. • Knowledge of data classification, privacy, and security principles. • Experience with identity and access management tools.
