About the role
Join as an AI Engineer to build and ship AI features end-to-end for product workflows and architectures. Work on agentic pipelines, RAG systems, evaluation, and product integration.
What you’ll do
• Design and ship AI features from concept to production. • Build multi-step agentic workflows and tool-calling frameworks. • Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures. • Develop evaluation frameworks and quality gates for AI output. • Monitor and refine AI features using telemetry and signals.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with agentic architectures and RAG systems. • Production deployment of LLM systems with real users. • Backend engineering with Elixir and AI-assisted coding tools. • Ability to test probabilistic systems with evaluation suites. • Fluent Italian and good English (B2+).
