About the role
Develop and optimize an enterprise-grade conversational AI agent platform for business scenarios. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI capabilities and improve system performance.
What you’ll do
• Develop conversational agent platform for AI search and trading assistant. • Design multi-turn conversation capabilities with memory and tool calling. • Optimize large-model application pipeline and workflow orchestration. • Collaborate with product, algorithm, data, and trading teams. • Establish quality monitoring and ensure system stability and security.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science preferred. • 2+ years backend development with Java or Python. • Experience deploying large-model AI applications and prompt engineering. • Strong system design skills with caching, message queues, databases. • Interest in digital asset trading and strong data analysis skills.
