About the role
Enable Product Engineering squads to work effectively across the product lifecycle. Drive consistency in planning, progress visualization, and work sharing.
What you’ll do
• Coach squads on agile and product-centric practices. • Guide teams on delivery and prioritisation approaches. • Facilitate team meetings like retrospectives and planning. • Drive shift left quality approach. • Own cadence of cross-squad sessions and share good practices.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as Agile Coach with cross-functional teams. • Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric scale-ups. • Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles. • Hands-on with Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, XP frameworks. • Comfortable coaching on outcomes over output and continuous discovery.
