About the role
Deliver impactful coaching and mentoring sessions using technology to scale career coaching. Help build and improve a pioneering coaching platform in a startup environment.
What you’ll do
• Deliver 30-45 minute coaching sessions via video/audio/chat. • Balance coaching and mentoring approaches per client needs. • Maintain detailed session notes and track client progress. • Participate in weekly team supervision and training. • Adapt to platform updates and process changes.
What you’ll bring
• ICF (ACC+) or EMCC certification. • 150+ coaching hours minimum. • 5+ years management/leadership experience. • Minimum 12 hours per week availability. • Comfortable using multiple digital platforms.
