About the role
Manage the Admissions incentive compensation process ensuring accurate and timely bonus administration. Collaborate with multiple teams to maintain compliance and resolve compensation issues.
What you’ll do
• Administer Admissions incentive compensation programs. • Serve as primary contact for compensation inquiries. • Conduct audits and data validations. • Manage bonus review and approval processes. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support compensation.
What you’ll bring
• HS Diploma or GED plus 4 years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree. • Knowledge of compensation, payroll, HR operations. • Experience with incentive or variable compensation programs. • Working knowledge of SQL and HRIS systems. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
