About the role
Support Order-to-Cash operations by managing customer accounts and resolving complex accounts receivable issues. Drive timely cash collection and collaborate across teams to remove payment barriers.
What you’ll do
• Manage customer accounts and collect outstanding receivables. • Investigate and resolve complex payment issues. • Research unapplied customer payments and reconcile accounts. • Negotiate payment commitments maintaining positive relationships. • Document collection activity accurately in NetSuite.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years B2B accounts receivable and collections experience. • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. • Excellent communication with internal teams and customers. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
