About the role
Serve as personal assistant and handle financial reporting and analysis. Prepare quarterly disclosures and ensure accurate accounting.
What you’ll do
• Financial reporting and analysis of consolidated accounts. • Research GAAP for financial statements and regulatory reporting. • Prepare quarterly disclosure to SEC. • Review organisation documents and deal structures. • Document accounting policies based on GAAP research.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related. • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA. • 5+ years accounting experience in banking sector. • Strong mastery of accounting software like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
