About the role
Responsible for preparing and processing invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely invoicing and documentation.
What you’ll do
• Prepare regular invoicing reports and file financial documents. • Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments. • Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes. • Follow up to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding invoices. • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2 years experience in invoicing or accounts administration. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or related field. • Strong numerical and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
