Account Receivable Officer

About the role
Manage billing, collection, and revenue tracking to ensure healthy cash flow and strong client relationships.
What you’ll do
• Prepare aging reports and cash flow forecasts. • Conduct credit checks and assess creditworthiness. • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments. • Generate accurate invoices and credit notes. • Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
What you’ll bring
• 2 to 5 years experience in account receivables. • Knowledge of credit management and dispute resolution. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or Finance. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Proficient with QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, and Excel.
