Account Receivable & Credit Control Officer

About the role
Manage accounts receivable by ensuring timely payments from patients, insurance companies, HMOs, and corporate clients. Monitor debtor accounts and maintain accurate financial records to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
What you’ll do
• Assess credit risk and onboard clients. • Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate plans. • Liaise with insurance and HMOs to resolve claims. • Investigate and resolve billing disputes. • Prepare reports on accounts receivable and collections.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in related field. • Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable or credit control. • Experience with accounting or ERP software. • Knowledge of medical billing and claims processing. • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
