Account Receivable & Credit Control Officer

About the role
Manage accounts receivable ensuring timely payments from patients, insurers, and corporate clients. Monitor debtor accounts and maintain accurate financial records to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
What you’ll do
• Assess credit risk and onboard clients. • Negotiate payment plans and collect debts. • Manage insurance and corporate accounts. • Resolve billing disputes and queries. • Prepare reports and support legal collections.
What you’ll bring
• 3 years experience in accounts receivable or credit control. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Knowledge of credit risk and debt recovery. • Bachelor’s degree or HND in related field. • Familiarity with medical billing and accounting software.
