About the role
The Account Payable Officer will manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation to ensure accurate financial transactions. The role requires proximity to Victoria Island for on-site work.
What you’ll do
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes. • Monitor outstanding supplier balances and follow up payments. • Process supplier invoices and payment requests promptly. • Support month-end closing and accounts reconciliation. • Prepare payment schedules and ensure compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or Finance. • Good understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable. • Reside near Victoria Island, Lagos. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • 1–3 years relevant experience in accounts payable.
