About the role
Manage client accounts in last-mile logistics and warehousing to ensure smooth operations and workforce fulfillment. Build strong relationships and drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What you’ll do
• Serve as lead contact for account management and staffing planning. • Build relationships with site, operations, and HR leaders. • Understand client operations and workforce needs. • Maintain and grow client contracts and identify upsell opportunities. • Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5+ years account management experience in logistics or staffing. • Strong understanding of warehouse and delivery operations. • Experience with CRM software and Google Suite. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
