About the role
Manage and expand revenue within SOCi's existing client base by executing renewal strategies and negotiating contracts. Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify growth opportunities and ensure smooth upsell and renewal processes.
What you’ll do
• Build and execute account plans to drive growth and retention. • Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders. • Act as trusted advisor to maximize client value. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in quota carrying Account Management or Sales. • Proven success in contract renewals and upselling. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Highly organized managing multiple deals. • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
