About the role
Manage a portfolio of multi-location dental accounts to drive revenue growth and customer retention. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and expand account presence.
What you’ll do
• Own portfolio of multi-location accounts and drive net revenue retention. • Analyze account performance and build strategic engagement plans. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts. • Build strong relationships with executives and practice managers. • Collaborate with Sales, CX, Training, Ops, and Marketing teams.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success. • Proven upselling and account growth experience. • Experience managing multi-site business relationships. • Comfortable with 60%+ client engagement by phone or video. • Highly analytical with strong communication skills.
