About the role
Manage federal account expansions and renewals independently while collaborating with Account Executives. Drive sales growth and maintain customer relationships in federal markets.
What you’ll do
• Lead expansions within existing accounts. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Manage inbound expansion requests. • Own renewals with active customer engagement. • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5+ years in sales or account management. • Ability to run multiple sales cycles in parallel. • Strong discovery and communication skills. • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred. • May require U.S. security clearance.
