Expand PadSplit's marketplace by engaging property owners to become hosts, addressing housing affordability in Denver. Help homeowners unlock income by listing properties.
What you’ll do
• Prospect and qualify potential property owners. • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking. • Host discovery calls to understand owner needs. • Deliver tailored value propositions. • Close deals and coordinate onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• Proven sales experience in real estate or property management. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Self-motivated and able to work remotely. • Knowledge of real estate markets and CRM tools. • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
