About the role
Support expense management and accounts payable operations ensuring timely vendor invoice processing and accurate financial records.
What you’ll do
• Manage vendor and staff IOU accounts. • Execute vendor payments via banking platform. • Prepare payment schedules and cash plans. • Perform vendor and bank ledger reconciliations. • Post payment journal entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What you’ll bring
• OND in Accounting or related discipline. • 3-4 years experience in accounts payable or finance. • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
